Mitchel N. Townsend, arguably Sasquatch research’s current leading expert, contends he has evidence proving Bigfoot’s existence. A Washington state native and resident of Winlock, Townsend discovered the giant hominin teeth marks in a stack of bones in the Mount St. Helens area.
In his book, “Bigfoot is Solved, Hybrid Hominin: Scientifically proving the existance of Bigfoot with Forensic Dental Impression Research,” Townsend presents his compelling research on the only recovered forensic dental impression evidence of Bigfoot. He has presented his findings at the International Bigfoot Conference, the Sasquatch Summit, at anthropological and archaeological research conferences, and has submitted his papers to the Journal of Archaeological Science/Reports.
Dr. Townsend, a professor at Centralia College and Lower Columbia College, is the first to plan and teach college level Bigfoot classes, launching two courses starting in 2014 and introducing a new course in 2017. Townsend holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound and graduate level degrees from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and the University of Calgary’s, Graduate Division of Educational Research.
