This is a tentative schedule of events and subject to change.
Friday May 31, 2019:
Check in for the campgrounds, cabins and set up sites at 3:00 pm.
Pre Registration 3:00 pm to 5:00 PM at Campsite Office.
Dinner on your own
5:15 to 6:30 pm
The Campground Office has a map of local eateries and restaurants
including a Subway, Foxes Pizza and other establishments within a short driving distance of the campground.
Some of the guest speakers, workshop presenters, special guests, vendors and other attendees will be on hand meeting and greeting attendees. This is a great opportunity to talk with folks and other researchers one on one.
This will take place during check in and registration. It’s also a great chance to prepare for the night time hikes.
Town Hall Meeting/Meet and Mingle
6:30 to 7:30 pm
The town hall meeting will give you a chance to share your sighting, encounter or experience during this format. You will also be able to listen to others encounters and ask questions. We ask that everyone attending remain respectful to those who have decided to share their experiences.
You will also be able to see and bring any possible Bigfoot evidence so bring your best evidence.
The night hikes are for ticket holders only.
Once you purchase a ticket you may register for a night hike for Saturday and Sunday night.
Yeti Yowling Contest/ Bigfoot Bonfire.
7:30 pm to ?
The Best Yeti/Bigfoot Howl will win a cool prize!
Special Judges will judge the contestants
In lieu of dinner Friday night, we invite you to join us at the Bonfire behind the pavilion to roast hot dogs and s’mores.
If you wish to participate, you must bring your own hot dogs, buns, items to make s’mores.
We will provide the hot dog forks for roasting and condiments for the hot dogs.
Night Hikes
Group A – 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm limited to 75 people
Group B – 9:30 pm to Midnight Limited to 75 people
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, You may RSVP by email to erichaltman@yahoo.com and choose the time frame/ day in which you wish to hike.
If one hike is closed, you will be assigned to the other hike.
Only those who purchase a full weekend ticket will be able to choose either day.
Those who purchase a specific day will be able to choose that day to attend the hike.
The Hikes will be scheduled for two times.
The first night outing is strongly suggested for the younger attendees and children and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. .
Group A outing 800 to 930 Leaving from the Pavilion at 800 pm sharp!
Please be aware you will be required to drive your own vehicle to the hiking area and which you may require a 4 wheel drive access participate.
In the event you do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, we will do our best to find you someone to ride with.
We accept no responsibility for any one driving their own vehicle, the vehicle itself or anyone riding with someone to or from the hiking location.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please dress appropriately for night time outdoors in the wilderness.
We are not liable nor may be held responsible for any injuries to anyone attending the hike(s), damages or losses to personal property that may occur enroute to, during, or enroute from the hiking location.
Hiking will be at your own risk and all attendees must sign a liability waiver. Legal guardians or parents will be required to sign waivers for children under 18 that are attending the hike with them.
For those not attending the 8:00 to 9:30 pm outing will remain at the campground and watch the film

Group B outing 10:00 to Midnight or later. Leaving from the Pavilion at 10:00 pm.
Please be aware you will be required to drive your own vehicle to the hiking area and which you may require a 4 wheel drive access participate.
