151 E Upper Wacker Dr Chicago IL 60601
Nearly sixty years ago, Dr. Jane Goodall, started what has become the longest running wild primate study ever with the chimpanzees of what is now Gombe National Park. That pioneering research has grown into a global movement to protect and care for our closest living relative, all wildlife, other people and the environment we share. Though habitat destruction, disease and illegal trade still threaten chimpanzees and many other species of wildlife, Dr. Goodall maintains hope given the success of organizations like her namesake organization, the Jane Goodall Institute, and so many others. That success is due in large part to the generosity of supporters like you, the Institute’s dedicated staff on the ground in Africa and other wildlife advocates around the world.
To celebrate our collective impact, join Dr. Goodall and the Jane Goodall Institute for our 2019 Celebration on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. Attendees will enjoy a live Q&A with Dr. Goodall and one of the Institute’s celebrity friends where they will discuss Dr. Goodall’s reasons for hope, stories from Dr. Goodall’s career and from the Institute’s program participants. Arrive early to participate in a fun and dynamic raffle and stay after for live music as well as a special photo and book signing opportunity with Dr. Goodall.
